Exploring Efforts to Expand Diversity In the Skies

The aviation industry has made significant strides in recent years to improve diversity and inclusion. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is also increasing awareness for minorities in aviation, recognizing the importance of diversity in the industry.
